From the early 1930’s the site of Central Park has had a rich architectural history; the site was abandoned in the 1970’s and was vacant for a number of years until construction of Perth’s tallest building began in 1988. The building first occupied in 1992, and has remained one of WA’s most iconic buildings ever since.
