The Flour Factory is an inner city public house across three floors of a historic 100 year old flour mill in Queen Street in Perth’s central business district. The Flour Factory fuses together a New York Deli with a Spanish bodega cocktail bar.
Opening in mid-2015 the interior architecture was designed by Andy Freeman who worked in conjunction with heritage architect Clinton Matthews from Lantern Creative to ensure the original heritage fabric of the flour mill was preserved and respected.
